How long will my car be with you?

Tint is usually a same day drop off, and a full tint job typically turns around in a day. Wraps and full body paint protection book a few days out because the car sits with us. When we book you in we tell you the real date, not an optimistic one.

What tint shades am I allowed to have?

We stock ceramic and carbon film in the shades California allows, and we will tell you straight which windows are legal on your car before you pick a number. We also do windshield strips and full windshields in clear heat rejecting film.

Will the tint turn purple or bubble later?

Not on the film we install. The tint lines we carry come with a lifetime film warranty against bubbling, peeling, and color change. If something lifts on a job we installed, bring it back and we take care of it.

Can you take off my old tint?

Yes. We remove old film along with the adhesive underneath, and we do it without damaging the defroster lines on your rear glass.

How much of the car should I put paint protection on?

Most people start with the front bumper, hood, mirrors, and a strip up the fenders, because that is what takes rock chips on 580. If you plan to keep the car a long time, wrapping the whole thing is worth it. We wrap the edges where we can get behind them, so you are not looking at a film line down the middle of your hood.

Will a color change wrap damage my paint?

No, and that is rather the point of it. We take off the handles, lights, and badges that need to come off, wrap the film into the door jambs, and your factory paint stays under there. Years later it comes off with the paint still intact for resale.

My logo is low resolution. Can you still wrap my van?

Yes. Send whatever you have, even a photo of a business card. Our designer redraws it clean, lays it out on the actual outline of your vehicle, and sends you a proof before anything is printed. We keep your files, so adding another truck next year is straightforward.

Do you handle more than one vehicle at a time?

We do fleets from one van to twelve, and we keep the layout and the numbers matching across every unit so they all look like the same company. Ask about pickup and multi vehicle scheduling if you cannot spare a driver.

What is it going to cost?

That depends on the vehicle and what you want done. Send the year, make, model, and the work you have in mind, and you get a written quote broken down by service, with film options where there is a choice to make. If we find something mid job that changes the number, we call you before we keep going.

Where are you, and when are you open?

953 BlueBell Dr in Livermore, ten minutes off 580, with parking right in front of the bay doors. Monday to Friday 9 to 6, Saturday by appointment, closed Sunday. Every job happens in our own indoor bays. No subcontracting, and no mobile installs in a driveway.
